Stock samples ship within 2 days. Custom samples take 7–10 days, with a sampling fee of RMB 200–500. After sample approval, bulk production typically takes 10–30 days, depending on quantity and packaging requirements.

We have a complete quality management system in place—from incoming raw material inspection to in-process checks at key production stages, and final inspections covering sizing, workmanship, appearance, elasticity, and packaging. We also welcome third-party inspections upon request.

For regular orders, we typically work with T/T: 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, we can discuss more flexible terms based on the cooperation history. Specifics can be finalized per order.

After deposit and sample confirmation, standard lead time is 25–30 days. For complex designs or special processes, timelines will be confirmed based on the specific order.
